Refund Policy

At Human Standard Co, we stand behind the quality of every product we release.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at support@humanstandardco.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues  
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items  
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used  
- Items without original tags or packaging  
- Digital products
- Sale items  
- Gift cards  

Digital Products
All digital products, including audio content, downloadable files, and digital programs, are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact support@humanstandardco.com and we will assist you.

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order.

European Union Customers  
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU regulations. Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
