Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This includes production time as each item is made to order.

Shipping times are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Human Standard Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays  
Human Standard Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or factors outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Once an order has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@humanstandardco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review and make it right.
